Information Security Policy

The Leadership team of COERA, which is in the business of selling, providing, implementing, hosting and supporting ICT solutions to its clients, is committed to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all the physical and electronic information assets in order to safeguard its competitive edge, cash-flow, profitability, legal, regulatory and contractual compliance and commercial image.

Information security requirements will continue to be aligned with COERA’s goals and our Information Security Management System (ISMS) is intended to be an enabling mechanism for information sharing, for electronic operations and for reducing information-related risks to acceptable levels.

The Scope of COERA’s ISMS has been defined as follows:

1. Bespoke software development, including operations and managed hosting;

2. Development, sales and managed hosting of our standardized solutions being:
   • 360BC
   • IAM
   • MATRIX

3. Exclusions to the scope are:
   • The processes of 3^rd party vendors not covered by the contracts or SLA’s with these vendors;
   • Controls for Public access areas, loading bays etc., since these are not in use at COERA.

Our Information Security Policy guarantees that:

• Policies and procedures documents are kept up to date and made available to all relevant stakeholders
• Information security awareness trainings are provided to all employees
• Organizational and technical measures are put into place to protect information assets
• Procedures are put into place to correct and prevent any deviations and incidents
• We comply with all laws and regulations in our jurisdiction

The ISMS is subject to continuous, systematic review and improvement and COERA is committed to maintain certification of its ISMS to ISO27001:2022.
