Developer in Test (SDET)

Overview

This role is designed for someone with a solid foundation in both software development and automated testing, including experience in designing and maintaining test frameworks, developing automated test scripts, and integrating tests within CI/CD pipelines.

How your day will look like

  • Work closely with developers to create robust, scalable, and secure applications, prioritizing early bug detection and ongoing improvements to code quality.
  • You will be working with the following technologies: NET CORE, C#, Selenium, Cypress, and other state-of-the art technologies.
  • Participate in agile development of project, implementation design specification, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing and ongoing support of systems.

Qualifications

  • To be a graduate or currently enrolled in a master's program in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in .NET development or testing. Hands-on experience in both is a plus.
  • Practical knowledge of programming languages such as .NET or Python.
  • Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or JUnit.
  • Passion for new technologies and their future potential.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and curious by nature.
  • To be a great problem solver, capable of working both independently and in a team and willing to learn from our colleagues.
  • To have proficiency in English.

Additional Information

This position is well-suited for a software engineer based in Romania, Cluj or Brasov who seeks a hybrid work arrangement.
