We start each project with a clear and common purpose. We are always focused on the process, the quality, and the timeline. Over the years, our team delivered valuable results in short cycles, ensuring stakeholders’ satisfaction.
Joining our team is synonym with open dialog, technical challenges, professional growth, forward-thinking and positive attitude.
We are always looking for deeply talented professionals, we value your time and energy and we aim to establish a rewarding future collaboration. The screening process is time-efficient yet thorough.
At this stage you’ll be invited for a phone or Skype call with our recruiter. This is the opportunity to find out more about your experience and your motivations, and to discuss the outlines of the proposed role within COERA.
Depends on the role, you’ll meet with the Technical or Project Lead for a competency-based interview and/or you’ll be asked to complete a set of written tests.
During this stage, you have the opportunity to find out if there is a congruence between your professional values and those of COERA team.
If we meet for this step it means that we want to work together. Along with the financial offer we will present you the career path.
Here, at COERA, you will have a real opportunity to express yourself and have a genuine impact on the projects you are running. We value involvement and discipline in the work we do.
We are here to grow together, no matter the technical challenges. You can always count on our senior team for coaching and mentoring. You can be sure that no matter the pursuit, we will have your back.
Learning represents an important part of one’s work. This is why we organize recurrent in-house technical training. Besides, we support and encourage our team to attend any domain-fitting workshops and conferences.
Our shared passion for software development makes us who we are. But every now and then a team needs some time off. What better way to do it than at our yearly team buildings, holiday celebrations or other outings?
